Blackwell Elementary School promotes a challenging academic experience through collaboration between school, parents, and the community.

Goals for 2009-10

  • Less than 7% of the students in grades 1-5 will be
    absent 15 or more days
  • Eighty-five (85%) of the students in grades
    1-5 will meet and/or exceed in Reading on the CRCT
  • Seventy (70%) of the students in grades 1-5 will meet and/or exceed in Math on the CRCT
