The Elbert County School District will design training programs and provide professional learning opportunities to serve all employees based on the identified goals of the district's strategic plan and school improvement plans.
Professional Learning Goals
- To provide system-wide Professional Learning for all employees aligned with the goals of the ECSD Strategic Plan.
- To provide Professional Learning opportunities for schools focused on effective teaching, assessment and uniform performance standards linked to research-based practices.
- To provide instructional support and assistance for all new teachers through the ECSD Teacher Induction Program.
- To provide effective School Leadership training.
