Office of Teaching and Learning for Elbert County School District 

The mission of the Office of Teaching and Learning is to provide leadership, service and support for Elbert County Schools. We work collaboratively to guide the system’s curriculum, instructional design, assessment practices, and strategic planning to ensure teacher effectiveness and student learning across all grades and courses.

Elbert County Schools believes in the use of aligned acts of improvements guided by school improvement plans, and a system improvement plan. The district strategic plan revolves around four strategic goal areas of the school system:
