Open Records Request

Please submit all Open Records Requests to Mr. Shannon Jarvis at shannon.jarvis@elbert.k12.ga.us.

Open Records Requests must be picked up in person at the district office.  The person picking the information up will be asked to provide a photo ID and sign that they have received  the ORRs.  Payment will be expected at the time of pickup if there is a charge for your request.   The district accepts cash or debit cards.

The district office address is:    Elbert County Board Office  -  50 Laurel Drive, Elberton, GA 30635.

The hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 Pm and Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
