Open Records Request

The Elbert County School District follows the Georgia Open Records Act in regards to Open Records Requests (ORRs).    Please submit all ORRs to Mr. Shannon Jarvis at shannon.jarvis@elbert.k12.ga.us.

There may be a fee for the ORR but the district will provide a quote for any fees before processing the ORR.  Payment will be expected at the time of pickup if there is a charge for your request.   The district accepts cash or debit cards.

The district office address is:    Elbert County Board Office  -  50 Laurel Drive, Elberton, GA 30635.

The hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 Pm and Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
