It is the mission of Paul J. Blackwell Learning Center to provide a quality education through developmentally appropriate educational activities, as well as comprehensive services to every student and their family within the Elbert County Community.

By educating the “whole” child academically, emotionally, physically and socially through age appropriate academic standards, creative play and active health education.
