We would like to congratulate our Elbert County Teacher of the Year winner Mrs. Lacy Williams from Elbert County Primary School and our Elbert County Classified Employee of the Year winner, Mr. Russell Davis from Elbert County Comprehensive High School.   Wendy Espinosa and Raquita Carter were recognized as our Substitute Teachers of the Year.
