Congrats to these AP Scholars!

The ECCHS Counseling Department is pleased to announce that seniors Andrew Jaggers and Ella Long have been designated as AP Scholars by the College Board organization. Senior Emma Grace Jarvis has been designated as an AP Scholar with Distinction.

The AP Scholar Awards recognize high school students who have demonstrated exemplary college-level achievement on AP exams. AP exams are scored on a scale of 1 to 5, with scores of 3 or higher being recognized by most colleges and universities for college credit. To be named an AP Scholar, students must receive scores of 3 or higher on three or more AP exams. To be named an AP Scholar with Distinction, students must receive an average score of 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.

In addition to these current seniors, ECCHS also had two 2022 graduates to receive the AP Scholar designation as well: Camdyn Childs and Evan Poon. Congratulations to all of these students on this outstanding academic achievement. We are so proud of you!
